Responsibilities:
- Define, implement and execute strategy to improve overall categories performance.
- Obtain customer insights to each category in order to formulate the best customer experience.
- Ensure comprehensive assortment and competitive pricing to achieve top and bottom-line target.
- Continuously analyze the internal and external environment to ensure that the Category under management remains competitive.
- Define metrics, team incentives, team structure and processes to achieve business goals.
- Hire, train and manage a team to have right skillset in order to grow and manage supply portfolio.
- Track all categories sales performance and PnL to achieve target.
- Explore new categories in order to grow companies assortment.
- Monitor inventory to sufficient stock and minimize aging inventory.
- Gain customer insights on what type of cars we need to buy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economic, Mathematic, BBA or related fields.
- At least 3-5 years of experience with commercial background and Category Management.
- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in Supervisor or Manager Level.
- Excellent data analysis and calculator skills.
- Experience in online business would be an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Fluent in English is a must.
