Responsibilities:

  • Define, implement and execute strategy to improve overall categories performance.
  • Obtain customer insights to each category in order to formulate the best customer experience.
  • Ensure comprehensive assortment and competitive pricing to achieve top and bottom-line target.
  • Continuously analyze the internal and external environment to ensure that the Category under management remains competitive.
  • Define metrics, team incentives, team structure and processes to achieve business goals.
  • Hire, train and manage a team to have right skillset in order to grow and manage supply portfolio.
  • Track all categories sales performance and PnL to achieve target.
  • Explore new categories in order to grow companies assortment.
  • Monitor inventory to sufficient stock and minimize aging inventory.
  • Gain customer insights on what type of cars we need to buy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economic, Mathematic, BBA or related fields.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience with commercial background and Category Management.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in Supervisor or Manager Level.
  • Excellent data analysis and calculator skills.
  • Experience in online business would be an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Fluent in English is a must.
