Position: Customer Service (Telesales) English Skills
Report to: Customer Service Team Leader
What Will You Do
Job Descriptions:
- ตอบคำถามและแนะนำรายละเอียดข้อมูลตามความต้องการของลูกค้า
- เจ้าหน้าที่ทำการติดต่อกับลูกค้าผ่านการรับสายโทรออกและตอบแชทผ่านช่องทาง Social Media ต่างๆของทางบริษัท
- ดูแลลูกค้าให้เกิดความพึงพอใจสูงสุดในการให้บริการเริ่มต้นจากการทักทายสอบถามข้อมูลตามความสนใจและความต้องการของลูกค้าด้วยความกระตือรือร้นและมีใจพร้อมให้บริการ
- ตอบคำถามและแนะนำรายละเอียดรถมือสองของCarsome ที่ลูกค้ากำลังมองหานำเสนอทางเลือกที่เหมาะสมและโน้มน้ำลูกค้าเพื่อนัดหมายเข้ามาทดลองขับ
- บันทึกข้อมูลและรายละเอียดการสนทนาของลูกค้าในระบบเพื่อใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลรวมถึงการรายงานผลแนวโน้มความต้องการของลูกค้า
- แก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นจากการใช้บริการของลูกค้า
- ช่วยเหลือและแก้ไขปัญหาหากพบการร้องเรียนถึงสินค้าและการให้บริการหลังการขายของเจ้าหน้าที่โดยการรับฟังปัญหาสอบถามข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมและวิเคราะห์เพื่อแนะนำวิธีการแก้ไขปัญหาเพื่อมอบประสบการณ์ที่ดีให้กับลูกค้า
- ประสานงานหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องและรายงานหัวหน้างานเกี่ยวกับการร้องเรียนลูกค้า
- บันทึกการร้องเรียนตามลำดับเหตุการณ์และทำการติดตามเพื่อแจ้งผลความคืบหน้าแก่ลูกค้า
- ปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดและหน้าที่ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดีทั้งการทางพูดและการเขียน
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการตลาดทางโทรศัพท์
- ระบุความต้องการของลูกค้าและดำเนินการเชิงรุกเพื่อรักษาประสบการณ์ที่ดี
- โทรออกและใช้สคริปต์เพื่อให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับคุณลักษณะของผลิตภัณฑ์ ราคา ฯลฯ
- นำเสนอประโยชน์ของผลิตภัณฑ์
- โน้มน้าวให้ลูกค้าเกิดความสนใจซื้อหรือตัดสินใจซื้อ โดยแสดงให้เห็นว่าสินค้าหรือบริการตอบสนองความต้องการของพวกเขาอย่างไร
- สามารถทำงาน 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์ได้
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้ (8:00 น. - 17:00 น. และ 11:00 น. - 20:00 น.)
- Work from Office (เข้าออฟฟิตทุกวัน 100%) Onsite
What Will You Need
Job Qualifications:
- High school, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in Tele-sales or Customer Service or Call Center is an advantaged.
- Good personality, Happy to talk with people and Service mind oriented.
- Computer and basic programming skills.
- Command in English and Thai communication.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed.
